Anxiety NZ has resources available for coping with stresses related to the COVID-19 pandemic. You can also call their 24/7 Anxiety Helpline at 0800 269 4389. For those looking for more support, they offer online and Auckland-based in-person clinics.

Lifeline
Lifeline offers free, confidential phone- and text-based 24/7 counselling services. You can call thm at 0800 LIFELINE (0800 543 354) or free text HELP (4357).

Depression Helpline
Depression Helpline’s website has a page full of advice and resources for coping with the COVID-19 pandemic. You can also access free, 24/7 counselling services by calling 0800 111 757, or free texting 1737.

Suicide Crisis Helpline
